How your order reaches you
We work with delivery partners who ship your order directly to you. Delivery to all Australian states and territories is free, and the estimated delivery time is 8–18 days. Remote areas can take longer. When your parcel is on its way, you will get a dispatch email, usually with a tracking number.
Returns and questions
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered, we pay the cost of sending it back, and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. If you simply change your mind, you can return an unused item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund; in that case you pay the return postage to Germany.
