Terms and conditions for customers in the United Kingdom and Australia

Last updated: November 2026.

1. Who we are and who these terms apply to

(1) These terms apply to all contracts between Dinarica, owner Haris Hadzic, Am Heuchelbach 1, 61350 Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany, email operations@dinarica.store, telephone +49 160 96298501 ("we", "us"), and you, as a consumer in the United Kingdom or Australia, through the online shop dinarica.store.
(2) Our offer is for consumers only. A consumer is an individual who is buying for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. How a contract is made

(1) Products shown in the shop are not a binding offer. They invite you to make an offer.
(2) You add products to your basket and go through checkout. Before you finish, you can check and correct your details, for example by going back, editing, or leaving checkout. By clicking the button that completes your order, you make a binding offer to buy.
(3) We confirm that we have received your order by email. That email is not yet our acceptance. A contract is made when we accept your offer, by a clear message or by dispatching the goods (dispatch email).
(4) The contract language is English.
(5) You receive your order details, these terms and our returns policy by email with your order confirmation. You can also read the terms on this page at any time. We store the contract text.

3. Prices and payment

(1) Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for customers in the United Kingdom and in Australian dollars (AUD) for customers in Australia. They do not include any import VAT, GST, duty or carrier fees that may be charged on delivery (see our Shipping information).
(2) Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you complete your order. Delivery to the United Kingdom and to Australia is free for the products offered there.
(3) The payment methods are shown at checkout. The price is due when you place your order.

4. Delivery

(1) We deliver to the United Kingdom, to Australia and to the other countries offered at checkout.
(2) The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and in our shipping information. Unless we agree another date with you, we will deliver within 30 days (United Kingdom) or 35 days (Australia) of the day you place your order. If we cannot, you can cancel and we will refund you.
(3) We may deliver in parts where this is reasonable for you. This costs you nothing extra.
(4) The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you. They become your responsibility on delivery.
(5) If you notice transport damage, please tell the carrier and us as soon as you can. This does not limit your legal rights.

5. Your right to cancel and returns

United Kingdom: you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Australia: you can return an unused item within 14 days after delivery. The details, a model cancellation form and the rules on returns are in our Returns, cancellation and refunds policy.

6. Faulty goods and your legal rights

(1) United Kingdom: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. In particular, you can reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or final right to reject.
(2) Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
(3) If goods are faulty or not as ordered, please email operations@dinarica.store with your order number and, if possible, photos. In that case, we pay the cost of sending the goods back.
(4) We give guarantees only where we call them a guarantee.

7. Product information and safe use

Product pages describe each item as accurately as we can. For the dog car seat, please note that it is designed for your dog's comfort, that we hold no crash-test evidence for this seat, that it has no safety lead of its own, and that it should not be used on a seat with an active airbag. Please always secure your dog in the vehicle as the law requires. For the inflatable camping mat, please inflate and use it as described on the product page, keep it away from sharp objects and open flames, and do not use it as a flotation or lifesaving device.

8. Our responsibility

(1) Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for defective products, for your statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom and for your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
(2) Otherwise, we are responsible for the foreseeable loss or damage you suffer because we break these terms or are negligent. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if you and we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.
(3) We are not responsible for any loss of profit, or for business losses, because we sell to consumers only.

9. Your personal data

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy notice.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Germany. If you live in the United Kingdom or Australia, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country, state or territory where you live. You may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
